Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products ("Products") purchased from DataForge Books at dataforgebooks.com, operated by Houssam Kodad, France. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly, the following terms apply.
1. Nature of digital products
Our Products are downloadable ebooks delivered electronically immediately after purchase. Once a Product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be "returned" in the way a physical item can. Each product page provides a detailed description and full table of contents so you can make an informed decision before buying.
2. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. However, for digital content supplied immediately, this right does not apply once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. By completing a purchase and downloading or accessing a Product, you provide that consent and acknowledgement.
3. When we will issue a refund
We will gladly provide a refund or replacement in cases such as:
- The Product file is corrupted, unreadable or cannot be downloaded, and we are unable to resolve the issue;
- You were charged more than once for the same Product in error;
- You purchased the wrong title in error and have not downloaded or accessed it; or
- The Product materially differs from its description on the Site.
4. When refunds are not available
- You changed your mind after downloading or accessing the Product;
- You no longer need the Product;
- Your device or software is incompatible despite the stated PDF format; or
- The request is made an unreasonable time after purchase.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@dataforgebooks.com within 14 days of your purchase with:
- Your order confirmation or receipt number;
- The email address used for the purchase; and
- A brief description of the issue.
We review every request individually and aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.
